"How Much Longer Are You Going To Stay Stuck?"

"You've Tried The Diets. You've Tried The Plans. Why Are You Still Stuck?"

Why do most runners stay stuck?

It's not because they need more motivation.

It's not because they need more commitment.

Most runners have already tried diets, apps, training plans and generic advice.

The real problem is confusion.

Too many conflicting opinions.

Too many short-term fixes.

Not enough personalised support.

The runners who make lasting progress don't just follow another plan.

They have a strategy built around their goals, lifestyle, running and nutrition.

When choosing a coach, ask yourself:

✅ Do they have results from people like me?

✅ Do they specialise in the area I need help with?

✅ Do I trust them enough to guide me?

Because success doesn't come from trying harder.

It comes from following the right plan with the right support.

My clients weren't more motivated than you.

They simply stopped trying to figure it out alone.

"BUT DAN..." - THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS I GET ASKED BY RUNNERS

"I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME"

Most runners I speak to think they need more time.

The reality?

Most don't need more time.

They need more structure.

The accountability side of my coaching takes around 10 minutes per day.

That's it.

Most people spend longer scrolling social media.

The reason things haven't worked previously isn't because you didn't have enough time.

It's because:

  • Nobody was holding you accountable.

  • The plan wasn't built around your lifestyle.

  • You had no system when work got busy.

  • You relied on motivation.

  • You were expected to be perfect.

What we do instead:

  • Build a realistic plan.

  • Create non-negotiables.

  • Adjust when life happens.

  • Keep moving forward even during busy periods.

"I'VE TRIED COACHING BEFORE"

Most runners I work with have.

The question isn't whether you've tried coaching.

The question is:

Why didn't it work?

Usually it's because:

  • Generic training plans.

  • Generic meal plans.

  • No accountability.

  • No personalisation.

  • No education.

  • No support when life got busy.

  • The coach never challenged you.

A plan is easy.

Implementation is hard.

That's where coaching comes in.

"I'VE TRIED DIETS BEFORE"

Most diets fail because they create short-term results.

Not long-term habits.

Most runners I speak to have:

  • Cut carbs.

  • Followed slimming clubs.

  • Downloaded meal plans.

  • Tracked calories perfectly for a few weeks.

  • Then ended up back where they started.

Why?

Because it wasn't sustainable.

Most runners are actually under-fuelling, not over-eating.

The goal isn't to diet harder.

The goal is to fuel performance whilst creating habits you can maintain long-term.

"WHAT HAPPENS WHEN LIFE GETS BUSY AGAIN?"

The truth is...

Life isn't going to get less busy.

You'll still have:

  • Work commitments.

  • Family commitments.

  • Social events.

  • Holidays.

  • Unexpected challenges.

The problem isn't that life gets busy.

The problem is most plans are built as if life never gets busy.

That's why people become all-or-nothing.

They set expectations that are unrealistic.

Miss one week.

Then two weeks.

Then a month.

And before they know it they're back at square one.

One of the biggest things I help clients with is reducing expectations and focusing on what actually moves the needle.

The clients who get the best results aren't the ones doing everything perfectly.

They're the ones doing the basics consistently.

That's why the programme is built around convenience and practicality.

Most of my clients are busy professionals, parents and runners trying to juggle work, family and training.

We build a plan that fits around your life.

Not a plan that expects your life to fit around it.

Because if we can make it realistic, we can make it sustainable.

And if we can make it sustainable, the results take care of themselves.

"I'M WORRIED STRENGTH TRAINING WILL AFFECT MY RUNNING"

Most runners are already tired because they're doing too much of the wrong stuff.

My strength programmes are designed specifically for runners.

The goal isn't bodybuilding.

The goal is:

  • Improve running economy.

  • Reduce injury risk.

  • Build strength and resilience.

  • Improve recovery.

  • Help you perform better on race day.

"CAN I LOSE BODY FAT AND IMPROVE MY RUNNING AT THE SAME TIME?"

Absolutely.

The mistake most runners make is trying to lose weight as quickly as possible.

They slash calories.

Cut carbs.

Run more.

Recover less.

Then wonder why performance drops.

We focus on:

  • Strategic fuelling.

  • Maintaining muscle mass.

  • Supporting recovery.

  • Creating a realistic calorie deficit.

This is why so many of my clients improve body composition whilst improving race performance.

"WHY IS THE INVESTMENT SO HIGH?"

Fair question.

But let's look at what you've already invested.

How many races?

How many pairs of running shoes?

How many watches?

How many gym memberships?

How many plans?

How many years trying to figure this out alone?

Most runners don't struggle because they lack information.

They struggle because they don't have a proven roadmap.

You're not paying for a PDF.

You're not paying for a meal plan.

You're paying for:

  • Experience.

  • Accountability.

  • Personalisation.

  • Support.

  • Faster progress.

  • Avoiding years of trial and error.

The real question is:

What's the cost of staying exactly where you are for another 6-12 months?

"HOW DO I KNOW THIS WILL WORK FOR ME?"

I don't.

And neither should you.

Because results come from action.

What I can tell you is this:

The runners who get the best results all do the same things.

  • They trust the process.

  • They complete the strength work.

  • They communicate.

  • They stay accountable.

If you're willing to do that, I've got complete confidence we can make progress.

That's exactly what every successful client you've seen today has done.

Hey everyone, I’m Dan.

I have a huge passion for all thing’s nutrition, running and strength training. I have a love for making nutrition simple for people as I feel over the years, I found it something that was deemed difficult to understand.

I have tried all the diet plans out there and they never work for one big reason, it wasn’t suited to me as an individual.

Over the years I decided to become an evidence-based nutritionist, it has changed my life but also all of my clients too! Part of my service is to help each client reach their goal by finding out about them personally and supporting them holistically.

Over my 7-year career as a nutritionist, I have helped reach my clients goal through reducing fat loss to become happy and confident whilst improving running performance.

If you have already failed with various quick fix programs, it’s easy to fall into the trap. I’m here to solve that by working with you personally to educate, coach and fit a program into your busy lifestyle so you never have to diet again.

I have always had a love for running but also strength training too!

The reason my service offers strength training is this has play's a big role in transforming your body on how you look and feel. I also know how important strength training is for your health and how you move to prevent injury.

I decided to become a qualified L4 strength and conditioning coach which has opened up so many avenues for me training with confidence and knowing more about what the right exercise for me was.  A big part of my job now is to entail this onto my clients going down a similar path to make those boring workouts a thing of the past but also have clarity on what is suited for them and their goal.

Through a combination of dedicated exercise plans I work with you closely to assess you on each and every exercise you do. Programs are there for you and your own ability.

Gone are the days of setting a gruelling HIIT intense no pain no gain workout leaving you tired, avoiding recovery, less mobile and soon to be injured.

A structured program from the ground up making sure each and every exercise you do has purpose and is delivered in a safe and effective way.

A big reason I do what I do, is my personal experience which I have empathy for anyone who comes to me as a client.

I want them to feel happy and confident with a feeling of accomplishment.

I want them to never have to diet again whilst having purpose and excitement with any exercise they do.

My passion is to make this a life-changing program.

“I worked with Dan on solely my nutritional needs, in the lead up to the London marathon and I was so impressed by the time, effort and energy that he put into the plans and the ongoing communication and support that follows.

Irregardless to the event's outcome in April 2020, Dan managed to motivate and support me to the weight loss goal I wanted to achieve in a balanced, healthy and sustainable way that suited my training needs. It was ages since I'd succeeded in dropping a few pounds so I'm so grateful for Dan's support!

He has definitely provided me with a solid foundation and level of education for any future weight loss goals and has helped me find a good, healthy balance and relationship with my diet.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!” Katie

Dan is fantastic at motivating his clients and always pushes you to give 100% effort in training sessions. I have been a client with Dan now for over 8 weeks and can not only see but can feel a massive difference, physically and mentally. Dan has helped me feel more confident, especially with certain equipment and techniques in the gym.

Dan checks in with you throughout the week and if anything isn't working on your nutrition plan he will adapt your plan to suit you and your plans for the week.

Dan is a great PT and supports you on your journey to achieve your goals. Cannot recommend him enough if you are looking for a change in your lifestyle and want to gain a better understanding of nutrition and exercise." - Lauren
